Meditations

There is something in me
that does not change.
It is outside of time.
Always was. Always is.

It merely transforms
From one from to another
But at its base
It remains the same
for all time; for all eternity.

The heat in my body
is not separate from
the heat of the sun.

The fire in me; Oh eternal fire in me
I acknowledge you.

The water in my body
is not separate from what flows in the ocean.

Oh water in me, I acknowledge the water in me;
connected to the moon and its tides.

Oh Earth in me;
I acknowledge the earth
in me.
Ethereal matter,
transforming from
one design to another,
repurposed atoms, if you will.

Oh air in me;
I acknowledge the
Air in me.
winds of the earth
That flow through my lungs.

What happens to the air
That animates your being
When you stop breathing?

Go to that part of you
that does not change.
look outside of "personality'
and your current identity

The way your atoms are put together
is like an incense stick
that has been lit.
it will last, as long as the fragrance
burns off the charcoal, that your heart is.

Rise above what your face looks like, and go to the energy that makes your heart beat.
The energy that has animated all hearts that've ever beaten

Oh eternal energy in me
I acknowledge that energy in me

That, which lights up galaxies;
the Laniakea supercluster,
or suns larger than our own.

Is there a difference you perceive,
between you and me?

Oh the eternal energy in you
I acknowledge the eternal energy in you

"Namaste."
